The Xiangyingxiang Apricot Flower Festival opened on April 15 in Xinzhuangbu village, Xiangying township, northwestern Beijing's Yanqing district.

Xinzhuangbu village, reputed as Village of Apricot Flower in Beijing, boasts the largest apricot planting base in north China.
At the apricot flower festival, tourists could enjoy the apricot scenery and the rustic charm on the commercial street in the village, such as savoring local cuisine, shopping for local specialties, experiencing folk custom of stilt walking and land-boat dance.
